Armoloy has done business with TBC for several years, throughout those years our needs have grown and TBC has been there to help us grow.  We have utilized TBC for server and workstation support, ongoing maintenance, wireless internet, and email as well as wiring needs. Throughout the years in doing business with TBC, they have helped us out a network nightmare left over from a previous vendor, we have been hit by lightening (which really messed things up) and had our system go down a few times due to unseen hardware malfunctions; TBC has always been there as soon as I call to get us back up and running, which, when your business replies on the computer system and internet is essential.  The techs as well as sales personnel and office staff are courteous and professional and will go out of their way to help you with your questions and networking needs.  By doing business with TBC it has allowed me to relinquish my worries and duties regarding our network to them, thus freeing up my time to concentrate on the other areas of my position.  I would highly recommend them to anyone

In November 2005, Midwest Orthopedic Institute made a decision to change our network support company.  We had become increasingly frustrated with our previous vendor due to lack of responsiveness and poor communication.  We needed to have documentation of what constituted our network and how we were paying for the support we were receiving.  In addition to all of this, we were looking ahead at a major project on the horizon and concerned about the support we would have for this.

We met with TBC Net and explained our situation and asked if they were able to meet our needs on a very tight time frame.  The company’s management assured us that they were able to take over the support of our network, provide an inventory, and also help us add an ancillary service, physical therapy, in another location within a two month time frame.  This is exactly what happened and we were delighted with the service.

TBC took over the network support doing a good deal of their work over weekends so that daily operations were not disturbed.  During this time frame, if there were any network issues, they were resolved in a timely manner.  They helped us establish a wireless connection to our second site, and set that site up to operate in a paperless environment.  This required working with other vendors and consultants which was easily accomplished.

We now receive a monthly statement of the status of our network, a monthly bill for ongoing support of the network, and a statement and bill for any additional support over and above the network support.  Their record keeping and documentation is excellent.  It makes our forecasting and budgeting processes much more accurate. 

TBC Net’s active involvement in our IT services has led to moving our main servers to a much better location in the building and installing an adequate back up and uninterrupted power source.  This has allowed us to feel much more secure that our IT system is backed up and our business protected.

TBC has made recommendations to us for continued growth of our network, which will likely be implemented in the next budget year.  We feel confident that they are monitoring our system and anticipating our needs before they become critical issues.  This, on top of timely communication, timely service, and professionalism exhibited by TBC Net management and staff, has confirmed that we made a wise choice back in November.  We look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the future.
