Tired of annoying pop-ups?  TBC has found a third party program that may be helpful in stopping pop-ups while you surf the net.

EMS Free Surfer MKII is a FreeWare program used to stop pop-ups.  TBC has tested this program and found that is does stop the majority of current pop-ups while surfing.
