My computer is not dialing TBC

Step 1. Open up Internet Explorer (the blue e on your desktop). At the top of Internet Explorer click on the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options" at the bottom.

Step 2. At the top of the Internet Options menu, click on the Connections tab.

Step 3. Bellow the white box labeled "Dial-up and Virtual Private Network Settings" you will see three selections:

Never Dial a Connection
Dial whenever a network connection is not present
Always Dial my default Connection

Make sure the dot is next to "Always dial my default connection"

Step 4. Click OK
