Note: If you only choose one email account when you initially setup your TBC account you will need to call Technical Support at (815) 899-4600 with the email address and passwords you would like to add.  If you setup more than one email account when you signed up for TBC you do not need to call to have the accounts added.

Setup:

Double click on the Outlook Express icon on your desktop to launch the program.

When the program has loaded, select Tools from the menu bar and go to Message Rules and select Mail.

1. Select the Condition for your rule:
Put a check in the box labeled: Where the message is from specified account

2. Select the Actions for your rule:
Put a check in the box labeled: Move it to the specified folder

3. Rule Description (click on an underlined value to edit it):
Click the blue word specified.  A window will popup asking you to Select Account and there is a drop down box of accounts to choose from.  Click on the down arrow and select the email account that you would like to have moved to a different folder.
Now click on the other specified.  A Move window will popup with several buttons to the right, click the New Folder button and type in the name of the person whose account you just selected and click OK.  You should now see the new folder appear in the list, select OK and then OK again.
When back the Message Rules window you will notice a new rule with a check mark in it,  this means the rule was setup correctly.  Click OK.

Simply repeat these steps if you have more than one email account.
