The very first thing you want to do is give us a call and tell us what you want for your new email address. Before you can change your email address in Outlook Express, we have to change it in our system. After you have called, follow these steps.

Launch Outlook Express: 

Double click on the Outlook Express icon on your desktop to launch the program. (Outlook Express may ask to dial a connection.  If so, select cancel to continue loading the program)

When the program has loaded, select Tools from the menu bar and select Accounts. 

The Internet Accounts window will be displayed.  Click on the Mail tab to bring up a list of the accounts that are setup.  Then select your account to be changed and click the Properties button to the right.

Under the General tab you will see a field that says "Email Address".  Change this to your new TBC address.

Next, click on the Servers tab at the top.  In the field that says "Account Name" type in your new email account name.  Hint: Your email account name is the same as your email address only without the @tbc.net part.

Now you may click the OK button at the bottom.  The Internet Accounts window will reappear.  Click the "Close" button.  That's it! Now you can begin using your new TBC email address.
