With this plan a technician will inspect your server each month and provide the following services:
Operating System Updates
- Download and Installation of operating updates initiated by Microsoft.
Security Bulletin Solution Updates
- Download and Installation of Security updates suggested by Microsoft
Installation of latest Anti-Virus Protection
- Download of latest Anti-Virus Definitions
- INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION OF NEW VERSIONS OF ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE
Inspection of your event logs for potential problems
- Repairs are not included any items that need to be addressed will be brought to customers attention and costs will be discussed before proceeding
Inventory of your available hard drive disk space
- Hard Drive Failures are not covered under maintenance agreement
- Verification that all back-ups are operating correctly
Download of any software updates
- INSTALLATION OF NEW VERSION OF SOFTWARE
- File Restoration if lost by user.
Phone or Onsite support for failed or interrupted back ups
Firewall Updates
- Download and Installation of new firewall firmware will be included in contract.
Phone or Email support for
- Adding or Deleting users to the network
- Set file and folder permissions
- Reset Passwords
- Phone support for both hardware and software problems
- Adding Printers to Network
- Installation and Configuration of new workstations on the network
**A record of inspections will be kept on file Technician monthly support time will not exceed 3.5 hours. Overages will be invoiced at $85.00/hour
