VLAN access between buildings allowing for 10Mb/s, 100Mb/s or 1Gb/s

Private fiber between many points on the DFO network for speeds 1Gb/s and beyond.

Enterprise support includes:

7x24 no charge access to tech support.

Outside of business hours, a tech will be paged and will call back within 20 minutes.

Automated logging of utilization and errors

Alerting on significant events

Resolutions to problems is typically less than 4 hours from notification.

Credit issued for problems that last more than 24 hours.
